Welcome to CoordiMates

CoordiMates is a developing support service designed for neurodivergent adults aged 16 and over. Our mission is simple: to make everyday life more manageable, empowering individuals to build routines, navigate tasks, and grow in confidence with the help of a trained, understanding buddy.

We believe that everyone deserves support that’s tailored, respectful, and rooted in real-life needs. Whether it’s attending appointments, organising your day, or just having someone to check in with, CoordiMates is here to offer practical help that leads to personal growth.

This project is currently in its early stages, and we’re actively gathering feedback from the community to shape a service that truly works. If you’re neurodivergent, a carer, or simply interested in inclusive support, we’d love to hear from you.

Together, we’re building something that puts people first.

CoordiMates was founded by Ailish Tait, a passionate advocate for neurodivergent support. Based in Northamptonshire and living with Autism and ADHD herself, Ailish brings lived experience, empathy, and insight to the heart of the project. Her goal is to create a service that truly understands and uplifts neurodivergent people as they navigate adulthood.
