Buddy or User?
At CoordiMates, we believe that support should be inclusive, empowering, and reciprocal. That’s why neurodivergent individuals are not only welcome to use our services—they are also encouraged to become Buddies themselves.
Whether you are neurodivergent or neurotypical, you can play a vital role in helping others build routines, manage tasks and grow in confidence—while also benefiting from a supportive work environment that respects your own needs.
Who Can Be a Buddy?
We welcome applications from individuals of all neurotypes. You do not need to be neurotypical to support others—in fact, lived experience can be a powerful asset in this role.
