Who is CoordiMates for?
CoordiMates is designed for neurodivergent individuals aged 16 and over who need support with daily life, routines and executive functioning. You do not need a formal diagnosis to access the service.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer one-to-one buddy support tailored to your needs. This includes help with:
Daily routines and household tasks
Time management and planning
Attending appointments or running errands
Social confidence and emotional check-ins
Learning life skills and building independence
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
CoordiMates is not a clinical or therapeutic service. We provide practical, hands-on support to help you manage everyday life. Our buddies work alongside you to build confidence and reduce overwhelm, rather than offering medical or psychological treatment.
Do I need a diagnosis to use CoordiMates?
No. If you identify as neurodivergent or experience challenges with executive functioning, routines, or daily tasks, you are welcome to use our service.
What age groups do you support?
We support individuals aged 16 and over, with no upper age limit.
Where is the service available?
CoordiMates is currently based in Northamptonshire, with plans to expand as the service grows.

Is there a cost for the service?
Yes, CoordiMates offers tiered support plans (Starter, Standard, and Premium). Pricing is currently being finalised and will complete when research concludes.
Can professionals refer someone to CoordiMates?
Absolutely. As well as individuals expressing interest themselves, we welcome referrals from schools, healthcare providers, counsellors and support organisations. Please get in touch to discuss how we can collaborate.
