Who Is Eligible for This Service?

CoordiMates is designed to support neurodivergent individuals aged 16 and over, with no upper age limit. We believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, practical support—regardless of diagnosis status.

You do not need an official diagnosis to use CoordiMates. If you identify with any of the following neurodivergences or experience challenges with executive functioning, routines, or daily tasks, our services may be a great fit for you:
